• Can do both extensive PHP and SQL programming
• Experience in handling financial / ecommerce systems databases
• Should have good written and oral communication skills

Will lead software team resource management, execution and implementation. Project Manager would have overall administrative and financial management responsibilities for the project. Liaise with clients for specification development and delivery of services post project delivery. The desired skills and experience:

• Management graduate with atleast 5 years of demonstrable experience in business development in leading software consultancy and/or software consultancy firms in both products and services segments
• Set business model and strategy
• Demonstrated leadership ability to develop and manage multi-sector and multi-location teams
• Excellent analytical & co-ordination skills, ability to motivate the team & deliver results against short timelines
• Demonstrated ability in handling relationships with clients and partners
• Good communication (verbal and written), research, documentation and presentation skills

• Salary (Gross Per Annum): INR 144,000 -- 180,000 contract period – 2 years

Would work as trainee in the ongoing projects mostly in LAMP technologies, under guidance of Project Manager

• Graduate/ Post Graduate Fresher in Engineering, science and arts with at least one year experience and exceptional Fresher with good software skills in PHP/MySql particularly in open source and Linux OS environment
• Should have good written and oral communication skills
• Stipend: INR 8,000 (gross per month)
• Trainee period - Six months
• Confirmation: Successful software trainees on the basis of their performance may join ekgaon as Software Developer.
