Business Development Manager (Job code: BDM)
Location & No. of Positions: New Delhi – One

Will lead in developing partnership and channel development with clients and setting up local, national and international business/partnership models. The desired skills and experience:

  • Atleast 5 years of experience in business development in leading software consultancy, IT products & services and corporate business
  • Demonstrated business development and strategic planning skills
  • Proactive and leadership qualities
  • Ability to manage multi-sector and multi-location business development initiatives
  • Experience in creating new avenues of business and delivering outputs against short timeline
  • Ability to develop and sustain relationships with clients and partners
  • Good communication (verbal and written), research, documentation and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of open source technologies a plus
  • Salary (Gross Per Annum): INR 240,000 -- 360,000 contract period – 2 years

Project Manager (Job code: PM)
Location & No. of Positions: New Delhi - One

Will lead team resource management and execution of the projects in one or more areas like finance, supply chain management, Management Information Systems. Project Manager would have overall administrative and financial management responsibilities for the project. The desired skills and experience:

  • Management graduate with 4-5 years of demonstrated project management skills in leading consultancy and/or software development firms
  • Demonstrated leadership ability to develop and manage multi-sector and multi-location teams
  • Experience in setting up business models, strategy development and business planning
  • Excellent research, analytical and co-ordination skills
  • Demonstrated ability in handling relationships with clients and partners and financiers.
  • Good communication (verbal and written), research, documentation and presentation skills
  • Desirable sectoral experience: Small and Medium Enterprises, Management Information Systems, Supply chain management, commodity marketing, business planning and strategic consulting.
  • Salary (Gross Per Annum): INR 360,000 – 480,000

Chief Technology Officer (Job code: CTO)
Location & No. of Positions: New Delhi – One
  • Graduate/ Post Graduate in Engineering, Computer application with atleast 5-8 years of demonstrable experience in leading technology development in open source and leading web/mobile platforms
  • Innovation and insight to lead technology development team
  • Understanding of open source and Linux OS environment
  • Should have good written and oral communication skills
  • Salary (Gross Per Annum): INR 420,000 – 480,000 contract period – 2 years
